As your Tender Loving Care Doula, we will happy to assist you with night shifts:

• Transportation Pre and Post- surgery if required.
• Administering all medications as prescribed by your doctor.
• Keeping track of all your meals, snacks  and medications and all the activities necessary for a fast post-surgical recovery
• Planning a nutritious meals and snacks that will follow your doctor’s guidelines. As your certified health coach I will be looking closely for a the best meals and snacks through the process of recovery
• Assisting you with Bathing, dressing and grooming and keep you clean and fresh at all times
• Empowering ambulation and assisting you every moment needed.
• Providing necessary and customized massage therapy sessions to help you cope with pain and help blood circulation.
• Acting as a liaison between you and your doctor to have the best communication every time needed.
• Having the experience in most of the procedures, I will share with you the best tips and tricks regarding essentials to have and products that helped me to recover from 5 procedures in less than a month .
• We will happy to assist you with light housekeeping, prescription pick-ups and small errands as per your request.
• TLC doula service provides also assistance with your children and your pets if needed.
